A deposit of 25% is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 14 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 14 days of arrival.
We allow free cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date.
After this we will attempt to re-let the pod. If this is successful we will refund your booking less an administration charge. However if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival and we cannot re-let it then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in Glen Wyvis, Dalmore and Glen Ord for a charge of £15 per dog to cover additional cleaning. We suggest 1 large or 2 small dogs per pod. If in doubt please contact us before booking. Large enclosed decks are provided but dogs should be kept on leads outwith this area.
We welcome children to our accommodation. Each pod has a large sofa bed in the living area and we have travel cots available.
Our standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards, with check-out by 10 am. These times allow for the necessary maintenance and preparation, especially with hot tub change overs between guest stays. Please contact us to discuss the possibility of an earlier check-in or later check-out, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you. We offer contactless arrival so late arrivals are no problem.
