Hugh And Dawn Sim
We are the Sims. We have been married and working together for over twenty years. We have two teenagers Matthew & Kaylee who also help out around the pods. Originally from the Shetland Islands, we moved to Newmore in 2021 and have been busy ever since building Newmore Highland Pods. Together we bring a wealth of experience and aim to provide an unforgettable vacation experience for our clients. Together as a team we provide exceptional service and support, exceeding expectations with attention to detail and personalization. Trust, professionalism, and personalized attention are at the heart of our mission.
The Highlands?
We traveled all over Scotland looking for the ideal place to build our pod site. Every time we visited we loved the Highlands and knew this was the place we wanted to stay. From our location in Easter Ross you can explore the Highlands, the Moray coast and the Cairngorms easily. We both live for the outdoors. We are always hill walking with our dogs, mountain biking, windsurfing and foiling and exploring the best scenery on the planet (in our opinion) with our motorbike.
